1. PURPOSE

These conditions govern the reservation and purchase of products offered by Ganadería Faedo through this website.

Our production follows the natural cycle of the flock, which means availability varies throughout the year. For this reason, we work directly with each customer and organise supply according to seasonal availability.

2. RESERVATION SYSTEM

Reservations made through the website allow us to organise orders according to product availability at different times of the year.

A reservation does not guarantee an immediate or fixed delivery date.

Once a reservation has been placed, we will contact the customer to confirm:

• availability
• estimated delivery date
• final price

3. PRODUCT WEIGHT

The weights shown on the website are approximate and may vary slightly depending on each animal.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All published prices include VAT and shipping costs.

Reservation payments must be made using the payment methods available on the website.

The remaining balance must be paid before the order is dispatched.

5. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped using refrigerated transport within mainland Spain.

Products are carefully prepared and packaged to maintain the cold chain during transport.

Delivery dates are approximate and may change due to reasons related to:

• production
• availability
• logistics
• transport
• weather conditions
• circumstances beyond the control of the farm

6. ORDER RECEPTION

Customers should check the condition of the order upon delivery.

Any issue related to transport or the condition of the product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. PRODUCT STORAGE

The product must be kept refrigerated upon arrival.

We recommend freezing the product if it is not going to be consumed immediately.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled FREE OF CHARGE up to ONE MONTH before the estimated shipping date.

After that point, payments made will become non-refundable, as the preparation process for the order will already have begun.

In the event of issues related to production, availability or transport, we will always try to offer a solution suited to each situation.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or products with a short shelf life.
